Jamie McLane: A career that has included senior executive positions at Citicorp, Aetna, NovaCare, Healthaxis and in the federal government. He has served on the boards of several venture backed healthcare service companies, NovaCare (NYSE), Beverly Enterprises (NYSE), Healthaxis (NASDAQ) and two different community hospital systems.

Meg Callaghan: An Executive Search Consultant managing searches in corporate and the not for profit sector. While recruiting with Diversified Search and her own search firm, she developed practices in retailing and non-profit and worked with companies such as the Body Shop, Lechters, Capital One and institutions such as The Franklin Institute and The National Constitution Center. Prior to search, she worked in commercial real estate for Cushman & Wakefield and Hillier, Parker, May & Rowden. She also had her own consulting company where she represented international retailers IKEA and MFI.
